Artisan Bread = Pure Bliss
I know, I know: this is not the time of year to be talking about food items that contain lots of butter — but hear me out! Before Christmas I visited Baker Monika Walker at the Okanagan Grocery Artisan Breads. We decorated Christmas cookies together and Monika showed us around her amazing Kelowna bakery. Christmas may be past, but it’s never a bad time of year to make cookies, so I thought I’d share my experience at the bakery with you. Check out this video:
