New Years Parties in Kelowna
Happy New Year! Can’t you hear the champagne corks popping?? Local bubbly, of course. There is a lot going on in Kelowna for New Year’s Eve. Here’s a few event descriptions for those of you looking to take in some festivities.
Big White – Happy Valley welcomes all mountain guests with no cover charge for our New Years Eve gala event! We will have continuous live band and DJ entertainment from 3:00 pm to midnight, with a dance party after dinner. It all kicks off with après at 3:00pm in the Moose Lounge and just keeps going! There will be a buffet dinner on the upper floor from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Reservations are not required, this is a walk-in dining event. Kelowna Community Theatre presents “Midnight in New Orleans” – The night will feature one big New Orleans style party venue, with John Lee Sanders on the Main Stage, Anna Jacyszyn heating up the Black Box and Cowboy Bob and Chris Thompson playing throughout the night. Every inch of the Theatre will be alive with entertainment. With two dancing areas, a red light district, theme decorations by the Alternator Galery, appies by Okanagan’s Finest foods, a free welcoming martini and champagne at midnight. Cabana Grille’s Moulin Rouge Party – This hot Kelowna restaurant is once again pulling out all the stops with their New Orleans-themed New Year’s bash. They’ll have live DJ entertainment, a burlesque show, an outdoor heated patio, and lots of great food by their very own Chef Ned Bell.
